2004
Chardonnay, Santa Maria Valley $20.00
Vista Creek Cellars 2004 Chardonnay was harvested from
the heart of the Santa Maria Valley, famous for producing aromatic,
richly flavored cool climate chardonnay. The Santa Maria
Valley is the coolest grape growing appellation in California
due to its’ close proximity to the Pacific Ocean and lack
of coastal hills. This multi-layered Chardonnay offers
a tropical twist with hints of pineapple-mango. Our Chardonnay
embodies earthy notes and minerals, which add dimension and complexity. This
vintage was specifically aged in Hungarian Oak to express a light
nutty smooth finish. Serve only slightly chilled to allow the
aromas to fully open up. This wine will complement any seafood
and really stand out with rich cream sauces on pasta or chicken. |

2006
Grenache Rose, Paso Robles $20.00
The 2006 Grenache Rose was hand picked from some of the
finest Grenache from our very own Vista Creek Vineyard located
in Paso Robles. This Grenache Rose contributes an exotic, tropical
note with flavors of strawberry and ripe plum. Its light color
is a result of special processing, in which juice is drained
from the skins prior to fermentation. The Grenache was cropped
from an estimated 3 to 4 tons per acre to improve the intensity
of the flavor and color. |

2004
Syrah, Paso Robles, $26.00
This Syrah is a deep, dense, Cherry Blackberry beast. The
aromas of Lavender and Violet will blossom on the nose, finished
by firm Tannins. The wine spent twenty nine months in new French,
Hungarian and American Oak Cooperage to round out the texture
and broaden structure. This wine is great by itself or served
with meats and pasta dishes. Designed to drink young if
given time to breathe and will age well too. |

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles $24.00
The vintage of 2004 will be remembered for a sun-drenched
growing season with ideal conditions that produced wines of ultra
ripe flavors and true varietal character. Big, Bold and red in
color, this wine captivates with light scents of ripe raspberry
and blackberry jam aromas. Dark and rich in berries, this Cab
was aged for twenty nine months in oak to create a mature multilayered
taste. You will find that the light raspberries on the
nose, coupled by the medium tannin structure will allow this
wine to cellar very well. Drinkable now, this wine will evolve
gracefully in the bottle for many years to come.

2004 Tempranillo, Paso Robles $28.00
This is our second release of this fine varietal that
is just starting to get recognized in California. The Tempranillo
grape has been an integral part of the Rioja wines of Spain for
many years. In Spain however, it is blended with several other
varieties to produce the style they desire. This wine is 100%
Tempranillo from the Vista Creek Vineyard in Paso Robles. This
medium body red oozes a bit of red berry, plums and cherry in
the nose and offers a lingering finish of fresh fruit. Our
Tempranillo delivers a very fruit forward medium bodied adventure. Embedded
in the middle of the palate are rich bursts of Raspberry and
Cherry, complimented by a smooth finish. This wine would be great
with your next batch of Paella or other Spanish favorites!
